Summary The Project-Based Rebar Detailer reviews reinforcing steel shop drawings, placing drawings, bar lists, and related supplier documents to ensure alignment with project drawings, specifications, constructability requirements, and field sequencing. Serves as a technical coordination point between the project team, rebar supplier, fabricator, detailer, and field installation crews. Roles and Responsibilities The Project-Based Rebar Detailer will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform the role in a safe, productive, and effective manner. Contributes to Project Productivity Supports Rebar Detailing and Drawing Review Supports Project Engineering and Technical Coordination Supports Rebar Fabrication and Field Installation Supports Project Scheduling and Sequencing Ensures Accurate and Constructable Rebar Detailing Participates in Training/Certifications Requirements Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university; or 4 years of construction related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience At Baker Construction, we welcome those who are driven to make things happen.
