This role utilizes hand tools, power tools, fabrication equipment, and plastic welding techniques to produce high-quality products in a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. Explore Your Tasks and Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Measure, cut, shape, weld, and assemble plastic components and systems. Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment, including saws, routers, drills, and welders. Perform finishing processes such as sanding, deburring, scraping, and polishing. Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Troubleshoot fabrication and assembly issues and support continuous improvement efforts. Maintain production records and follow established manufacturing procedures. Adhere to all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read a tape measure and work with fractional and decimal measurements. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment. Experience with plastic fabrication, welding, assembly, or manufacturing processes preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Basic Microsoft Office skills preferred. Strong communication skills and commitment to safety and quality.
