About the role The Micar Company is currently seeking experienced candidates in the construction industry to join our team as a Mechanic/Welder . Our team is currently working 6:00am-4:30pm M-TH, Fridays as needed. Job Responsibilities Mechanical repair and troubleshooting experience. Experience with equipment maintenance and repair. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, product specifications, and technical drawings. Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Experience with MIG, TIG, and stick welding; certifications preferred but not required. Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills. Ability to complete projects with accuracy and precision. Job Requirements Maintain all safety standards. 1+ years related work experience. Possess a strong work ethic. Heavy lifting required. Ability to communicate with colleagues. Benefits 401k
