MUST have the following experience:
Process various types of steel (Cold roll, Galvanized, Galvannel, Stainless, etc). Punch holes in copper and steel (Trumpf 20/20, Boschert CU-PROFI, Stript 750). Recognize copper and steel thickness and gauges. Cut copper & sheet steel on a shear (48x96). Proficiency in using hand tools for fabrication tasks.. Familiarity with basic math for measurements and calculations. Operate forming machinery bending cooper and steel (Hydraulic Shear) Who qualifies for the Fabricators roles? Candidates, who are looking for full time employment (40+ hours per week). Must have knowledge of electrical symbols and schematics. Must be able to understand blueprints & drawings & tape measurements. The ability to use shop equipment and hand tools is required. Blueprint reading and interpretation skills. Understanding of sheet metal fabrication and caliper measurements. What hours will you work as the Fabricators? 1st shift: 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM (Monday
- Friday) Saturday if needed. 2nd shift: 2:00 PM
- 10:30 PM (Monday
