We are open to candidates with entry-level MIG welding experience , and experienced welders are encouraged to apply. If you have basic welding skills and want to continue developing your trade in a production environment, we'd like to hear from you. Candidates with experience as a MIG Welder, Welder, Fabricator, Welding Technician, Production Welder, Metal Fabricator, Manufacturing Associate, Sheet Metal Worker, or Production Associate with welding experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on steel components Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions Set up and adjust MIG welding equipment for production jobs Complete tack welds and finish welds to specifications Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy Use grinders, clamps, hand tools, measuring tools, and other fabrication equipment Maintain a clean and safe work area while meeting production goals Requirements MIG welding experience required Entry-level welders are welcome to apply Ability to weld 10-12 gauge steel Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols Ability to use a tape measure and basic measuring tools Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic If you have MIG welding experience and are looking to grow your skills in a manufacturing environment with multiple shifts available, we encourage you to apply.
