- Not afraid of heights & willing to work outside in the elements.
- A strong mechanical knowledge.
- General electrical experience.
- General Welding aluminum and steel, MIG & TIG a plus
- Good judgment and follow through with tasks.
- A valid Indiana Driver's License & Class B CDL's for large trucks (if you do not currently have a CDL, it would be a long term goal for this position)
- Experience/ability to double check load before leaving, safely pull a trailer, and load packages properly.
- Flexible to work out of normal hours when required.
- The ability to regularly lift 80 lbs and occasionally lift up to 100+ lbs.
- The ability to stand for up to 10 hours a day with occasional breaks.
