  • Do you have a strong construction/building background?
  • Not afraid of heights & willing to work outside in the elements.
  • A strong mechanical knowledge.
  • General electrical experience.
  • General Welding aluminum and steel, MIG & TIG a plus
  • Good judgment and follow through with tasks.
  • A valid Indiana Driver's License & Class B CDL's for large trucks (if you do not currently have a CDL, it would be a long term goal for this position)
  • Experience/ability to double check load before leaving, safely pull a trailer, and load packages properly.
  • Flexible to work out of normal hours when required.
  • The ability to regularly lift 80 lbs and occasionally lift up to 100+ lbs.
  • The ability to stand for up to 10 hours a day with occasional breaks.
  • Are you flexible & adaptable for the benefit of the company
