Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sign Fabricator/Shop Help to join our dynamic fabrication team. In this role, you will assist in the production and assembly of custom signage, ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and safety protocols. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in metal fabrication and assembly. Your contribution will be vital in delivering high-quality signs that meet client specifications and project deadlines. We are looking for and all around general shop person that can help with fabrication and assembly and also possibly learn vinyl graphic application. Responsibilities Assist in cutting, shaping, and assembling various metal materials such as sheet metal, tubing, and other sign components using hand tools and power tools. Requirements Previous experience in a fabrication shop or construction site environment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, Strong mechanical knowledge combined with good hand-eye coordination to perform precise fabrication tasks.
