Grow your skills. Make a difference. Join our team! We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Ortho Uro Specialist (OUS) to join our fast-paced Orthopedic & Urology Services team. Working alongside and under the supervision of an RN, you'll provide hands-on patient care while gaining valuable experience in specialized orthopedic and urological procedures. What You'll Do Perform traction, cast care, splinting, and urology support Accurately document procedures and patient care Collaborate with RNs on appropriate delegation of care Educate patients and families on orthopedic and urological care Maintain supplies and assist with equipment checks and evaluations Complete annual OUS competencies and preceptor training Requirements High school diploma or GED Required PCT training as assigned BLS certification within 6 months of hire Strong teamwork, communication, and commitment to quality patient care Join a team where you can learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact every day!
