Pay:
20-23 per hour, depending on experience Midwest Sign Company is looking for a dependable and motivated Sign Fabricator to join our team and help bring custom signage projects to life! This is a hands-on position where you'll help build and assemble large, high-quality signs and structures. Previous fabrication experience is preferred, but not required — we're willing to train the right person. Candidates should have some experience using power tools and be comfortable working in a hands-on shop environment. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy working with your hands, and are willing to learn new skills, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Build and assemble custom signs and structural components Cut, shape, and finish materials using saws, grinders, drills, and other shop tools Assist with fabrication and assembly of large-scale signs and structures Operate forklifts and other equipment to move materials and assemblies Assist with installing LED and low-voltage electrical components Maintain quality and safety standards throughout every project Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Work as part of a team to complete projects accurately and efficiently What We're Looking For Some experience using power tools is required Previous sign fabrication, manufacturing, construction, welding, or similar hands-on experience is preferred, but not required Willingness to learn new skills and techniques Ability to safely lift and handle up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team Good problem-solving and communication skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred We are willing to train candidates who have the right attitude, work ethic, and basic hands-on skills.
