Collaborate with the production team to maintain efficient workflows and uphold a culture of safety and excellence. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of professional welding experience. Proven ability to pass weld tests in horizontal and vertical positions per ASME Section IX. Demonstrated proficiency in producing X-ray quality welds in a production environment. Strong understanding of welding industry best practices and safety protocols. Reliable transportation and a commitment to maintaining a consistent, full-time work schedule. Preferred Skills Prior experience working with stainless steel or aluminum materials. Advanced knowledge of metal gouging and finishing techniques. Experience in heavy industrial or structural fabrication settings.
