Scope of Responsibility:

Responsible for the planning and execution of the productivity of the department.

Essential Duties:

Measure and cut wood, using measurement and power toolsRead and interprets drawings and specificationsTroubleshoot prints and any issues that arise in the shelterPerforms duties consistent with established safety and quality procedures, rules, and standardsMeasure, cut, and bend conduit using measurement and hand tools

Position Requirements:

High school diploma, or equivalentMust have a working knowledge of basic mathWorking knowledge of basic hand toolsMust be able to work efficiently without supervisionAbility to pay close attention to detailMust be able to read a tape measure and understand instructions.

Must be able to work efficiently without supervision.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 poundsMust be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving entire body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, bending, twisting and handling of materialsMust be able to work in an outside manufacturing environment for long shifts, including weekendsPosition requires manual dexterity, arm-hand steadiness, and a safety-minded individualMust be able to work in an open environment exposed to extreme temperaturesMust have the ability to concentrate on tasks for long periods of time and be able to observe and receive information from all relevant sources At Sabre Industries, we invest in your future with a competitive benefits program.
