Venture Dynamics Gulf, Inc. is currently hiring 1st class structural fitters for a long term new construction project in Mobile, AL

Fitters must have at least 4 + years of structural fitting experience in a shipyard environment or 4+ years of structural fitting in a shop setting.
Must be able to read an interpret blue prints and be familiar with shipbuilding terminology.
All fitters will have to be able to tack weld using FCAW Experience
Proven experience in fitting, fabrication, or related fields is preferred.
Familiarity with ductwork systems and basic math skills for accurate measurements is essential.
Proficiency in using hand tools and welding equipment is highly desirable.
Experience working on construction sites is a plus, demonstrating the ability to adapt to various work environments.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results are critical for success in this role.
