Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Structural Fitter to join our dynamic fabrication and construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining structural components with precision and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise in metal fabrication, blueprint reading, and mechanical assembly will be essential in delivering high-quality projects on time and within scope. structural steel fabrication , producing high volumes of handrails, circular platforms, stairs, structural beams, columns, and miscellaneous steel components for commercial and industrial projects. Responsibilities Read and interpret structural steel fabrication drawings and blueprints. Fit and assemble structural steel components according to specifications and shop drawings. Fabricate handrails, stairs, platforms, beams, columns, and miscellaneous steel. Lay out, measure, cut, tack, and prepare materials for welding. Verify dimensions and ensure assemblies meet quality standards and tolerances. Operate fabrication equipment including saws, ironworkers, grinders, and other shop tools. Work closely with welders and production personnel to maintain workflow and quality. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
