Job Summary :

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Job Site Runner & Crew Support to assist daily operations. This role is crucial in ensuring crews have the materials, tools, and equipment they need while maintaining an organized and efficient shop. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and ready to support both field and shop activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment in the shop and on job sites Safely and efficiently deliver materials, supplies, and equipment to various job locations Assist in organizing and maintaining the shop, and storage areas Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment Run company errands, including picking up supplies, and parts. Support job site setup, cleanup, and general labor tasks as needed. Follow all company safety protocols and traffic laws Report any issues with vehicles, tools, or deliveries to the supervisor promptly. Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and company operations.

Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (Required) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions Time Management and Communication Skills Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently Experience in a construction or trades environment is a plus Basic mechanical or tool knowledge is a bonus
