Caulker / Pointer / Restoration Mechanic
Caulker / Pointer / Restoration Mechanic - Historic Restoration
Worcester Eisenbrandt (WEI), a historic restoration construction company, is seeking experienced Caulkers, Pointers, and Restoration Mechanics to join our team in the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) metropolitan area.

Job Responsibilities
Perform caulking, joint sealing, and tuckpointing in a commercial setting.
Demonstrate extensive experience using a caulking gun and basic hand tools.
Work safely and confidently on scaffolding.
Identify and work with various sizes and types of backer rods.
Understand the differences between bulk, sausage, and tube products, and the application of 2-part sealants.
skills in masonry, commercial carpentry, drywall, and brick painting.
Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor on construction sites.
Accurately judge straight lines, spacing, and proportions.
Physical Requirements
Ability to climb and maintain balance on ladders and scaffolding.
Use hands and arms to reach, handle, and manipulate tools and materials.
Maintain good visual acuity, with or without corrective lenses.
Lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs., with the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. when required.
