Job Description
The L&L Company is an established residential flooring company specializing in new homes construction. In business for over 62 years we provide quality products and services to our home builders and buyers. With expanding business in the Frederick area, a flooring field supervisor position is now available. You will oversee residential flooring installations and service, maintain builder and homeowner relations, schedule flooring subs, and assist with inventory. Travel to builder communities around the Frederick area is required. Car allowance and mileage is provided. L&L is willing to train the right person who is reliable and ready to learn the flooring business. General construction experience is a plus. Paid leave, 401K retirement plan, and college tuition reimbursement is provided. Partially paid insurance benefits are offered. Work schedule is Monday through Friday.
