Welders Location:

Frederick, MD A brand new fabrication facility in Frederick, MD is actively seeking TIG Welders to join their growing team. This an opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, creative shop working on high-end, custom metal projects. Key Responsibilities Fabricate and weld custom ornamental railings and fences Perform layout, fit-up, welding, and finishing work Read and interpret blueprints and drawings Ensure high-quality, clean, and polished finished products Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in ornamental railing and fence fabrication Strong TIG welding skills Experience working with mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel Ability to read blueprints and perform custom layouts High attention to detail and craftsmanship Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50 lbs safely and repeatedly Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods (8+ hours) Additional Requirements High school diploma, GED, or vocational certification preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation Ability to obtain access to government job sites is a plus

Incentives:
