Interested candidates need to complete the application on our website at www.nitrotrailers.com Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Aluminum Welder to join our trailer manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for welding aluminum components and structures with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship that meets industry standards. We are seeking both MIG and TIG welders in a fast-paced work environment. Monday through Friday work week. Duties Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on aluminum sheets, pipes, and fabricated assemblies according to blueprints/work orders. Read and interpret detailed technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints/work orders to accurately assemble and weld components Operate power tools, hand tools, press brake machines, plasma cutters, and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently Maintain strict adherence to welding quality and safety protocols Collaborate with team members on manufacturing floor to complete projects on time while maintaining high safety standards Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing facilities involving aluminum welding Proficiency in MIG and/or TIG welding techniques specific to aluminum materials Ability to read blueprints, work orders accurately Familiarity with use of hand tools and power tools Strong understanding of basic math skills as well as Safety protocol Join our excellent team of experienced welders and take pride in building top quality trailers in a fast paced, team oriented work environment.
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
