Direct Hire:
$20.00
  • $26.
00/hour depending on weld experience 10% Second Shift Premium 2nd
Shift Hours:
~ 11:00 AM
  • 9:00 PM or 1PM
  • 9:00 PM with occasional Saturdays $500 Sign On Bonus after 90 days based on attendance criteria. Ability to listen to your own music while you work 2 Weeks Paid Time Off Paid Sick Time 10 Paid Holidays
  • MUST take an in-person Weld Performance Test prior to joining the team.
Position Description:
Under direct supervision, this position performs any of a variety of functions involved with MIG, TIG and Braize welding of steel or aluminum chairs and parts according to work order specifications. Specific duties vary depending on assigned department. This position flexes in relation to the production demands.
Responsibilities:
Reviews work orders on each cart of chairs Selects the correct fixtures for the work order Weld Chair parts according to the work orders.
  • Materials may include steel stainless, aluminum or alloys using methods including MIG/TIG/Braze welding.
Completes on chair for each new order and performs a Buddy Check according to company procedures. Completes each order accurately and on time. Maintains and performs preventative maintenance on weld equipment. Performs basic functions on the ERP computer system (clocking in and out, work order maintenance) Keeps work area neat and clean according to company standards Works safely and follows all company rules and procedures.
