Phoenix Industrial Services Ltd. has partnered with a Steel Company in Monroe, MI who is looking to hire a group of Steel Workers for a long term project.

Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, shape, and assemble steel components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery Inspect materials and finished work to ensure quality and compliance Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines

Qualifications:

Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials Previous experience as a steel worker or similar role Proficient in reading schematics and technical drawings Excellent analytical skills for troubleshooting mechanical issues Shift hours are 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am Friday-Sunday If you are looking to put your skills to the test in a dynamic work environment, we encourage you to apply today and join our team!
