Our state-of-the-art facility was designed to create the safest and most efficient production lines possible. With brand new equipment, bright lighting, and above-average pay rates, SSM proves to be one of the most enjoyable places to work in the industry. MIG welding Must provide your own welding helmet & steel-toed boots (safety glasses, gloves, sleeves, and earplugs provided by company) Must be able to read a tape measure Applicants are required to pass a weld test in order to be hired Performance-based raises and growth opportunities Entry wage starting up to $19/hr based on skill level 6:00am - 2:30pm (12:00pm - 12:30pm unpaid lunch)
