We are seeking on-call Snow Shoveling team members to join us this winter. Team Member Benefits Base pay of $24 / hour, depending on experience Paid Training Referral Incentive - Refer your friends and earn even more! Part-time, seasonal snow position with flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability Requirements Complete training for onboarding, snow removal safety, and learning routes. Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards Utilize effective communication for on-the-job issues that may arise Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely manner Must be 18 or older No experience required Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work Available for on-call work including nights, days, holiday, and weekend work as needed DJ's Landscape Management is a drug-free workplace.
