If you possess a strong drive for metalworking and a desire to support creative initiatives, we invite you to apply. You will engage with diverse materials and methods, delivering top-tier fabrication results that satisfy our customer requirements. Core Duties Analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to identify necessary fabrication steps. Utilize a range of machinery such as brakes, shears, and welding tools to perform fabrication tasks. Use power and hand tools to accurately size and trim metal pieces to exact specifications. Construct metal assemblies and frameworks to help ensure the final product meets all design requirements. Perform thorough quality checks on completed items to verify they align with established industry benchmarks. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping the workspace tidy and following all safety guidelines. Work alongside colleagues and cross-functional departments to help the team achieve project goals on schedule. Required Skills and Experience Completion of high school or a GED; a technical credential in metal fabrication is advantageous. Demonstrated background working as a metal fabricator or in a comparable position. Solid grasp of safety procedures, metalworking tools, and various fabrication methods. Capacity to interpret complex schematics and technical blueprints. Skilled in the use of fabrication equipment and various welding technologies. Exceptional focus on detail and the ability to resolve technical challenges. Capability to function effectively both solo and within a group in a high-speed setting.
