Job Description

Call Center Representative responsible for handling high-volume inbound calls, triaging requests, routing callers, and escalating messages within a 24/7 support environment. Job Requirements High school diploma or GED. 1+ year of relevant call center, customer support, healthcare support, or related experience. Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Experience handling high-volume inbound calls. Ability to work within a 24/7 call center environment. Ability to follow established call-handling and escalation procedures. Preferred Skills Experience in a healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or clinical support environment. Experience triaging calls from healthcare professionals, patients, or sales representatives. Experience with call routing, paging, or message escalation systems. Job Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls. Handle approximately 60-80 calls per day. Triage calls from healthcare professionals, patients, and sales representatives. Route external callers and sales representatives to appropriate internal personnel. Send messages and pages to designated personnel. Escalate urgent or priority communications according to established procedures. Document and process calls in accordance with call center requirements.
Pay:
