Matrix Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Aluminum MIG Welder to join our production team. Candidates must be able to work efficiently, maintain quality standards, and consistently meet weekly production quotas.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-3:30 PM Responsibilities & Requirements MIG weld aluminum components and assemblies. Independently set up and adjust welding equipment. Read and accurately interpret blueprints, dimensions, and weld symbols. Fit, tack, and weld parts according to specifications. Produce clean, consistent welds while meeting weekly production quotas . Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy. Properly prepare and clean aluminum prior to welding. Use tape measures, squares, calipers, and other common shop tools. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and attendance are required. Previous aluminum MIG welding experience required . Pay:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
