Production, 2nd Shift - Washington, MO Canam Steel Corporation United States, Missouri, Washington 2000 West Main Street (Show on map) Aug 24, 2026
We are looking for self-motivated and safety-conscious candidates who would like to join our production team in our Washington, MO location! employees have the potential to earn $66K in total compensation when working at Canam Steel Corp for a 50-hour work week. This includes the base rate, overtime, retention and production bonuses.
There are additional ways to earn including referral bonuses.
Position is full-time with benefits!
2nd Shift 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM + OT including some weekends
PRODUCTION
- Sets up and operates various machines to cut, stamp, bend, punch or otherwise form steel component parts which are used to fabricate finished products such as steel joists, bridging, girders and other structural steel pieces. May count out and package bolts for shipment and maintain related records.
- Place and tack weld steel component parts to fabricate finished products including steel joists and girders on a fast-paced assembly line.
- Must be able to learn to tack weld.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Must be willing to start and train on 1st shift (6AM-2:30PM) + OT including some weekends
