Shifts Available:

o 1st shift Monday-Saturday 6am-until, OT required Qualifications Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, shop travelers, and weld symbols. Measure, mark, cut, and fit structural steel components according to specifications. Assemble beams, columns, plates, channels, angles, and other structural members. Use measuring tools such as tape measures, squares, levels, and calipers to ensure accuracy. Align and position parts using clamps, jigs, fixtures, and hoists. Perform tack welding as required to secure components for final welding. Verify dimensions and inspect fit-up quality before welding. Operate fabrication equipment including grinders, torches, ironworkers, and saws. Work closely with welders and supervisors to maintain productivity and quality standards. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum of 2 years of structural steel fitting or heavy fabrication experience required Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols. Strong math and measurement skills. Experience using fabrication and fitting tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of structural steel fabrication processes is preferred.
