Radiator Shop Tech Montana Radiator Works, located in Billings, Montana, is currently seeking an experienced radiator shop technician. This position is ideal for individuals who have technical experience in a shop environment. Diesel Mechanics, Heavy Equipment Mechanics, Field Technicians, and similar job history will be considered. Montana Radiator Works has experienced significant growth in recent years and we are looking to expand our team with an experienced technician that can be a leader in the facility and company. Billings, MT is the gateway to the Montana Rockies, with access to the outdoors and wide open spaces, world class hunting, fishing, skiing, and other outdoor activities. Billings has a unique mix of a small town atmosphere with the amenities of a larger city.

Job Responsibilities:

Ability to complete teardown and reassembly of industrial heat exchangers. Diagnose points of failure in heat exchange equipment and develop a plan for repair including replacement, re-core, or re-build. Experience with TIG/MIG welding, soldering. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Willingness to use company provided wifi enabled device to track job progress. Follow safety protocols and company procedures diligently.

Qualifications:

3 years experience working in a shop environment involving mechanical equipment, engines, heat exchangers, etc. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and be a leader. Ability to learn new skills quickly, applying existing knowledge to knew processes. Comfortable working on your feet and performing physical tasks including lifting. Pre employment background check and drug screening required.
