welding standards. Measure, cut, fit, and assemble structural steel components to customer and engineering specifications. Operate welding machines, fabrication equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently. Inspect welds and fabricated assemblies to ensure quality, structural integrity, and compliance with specifications. Perform layout, fitting, grinding, and finishing work as required. Identify and report fabrication or quality issues to supervisors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and production procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with other production duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations. Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and weld symbols. Ability to safely operate welding and fabrication equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum one (1) year of structural steel welding or fabrication experience. Experience performing Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW). Knowledge of

Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and work throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including welding helmet, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed boots.
