Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator & Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience fabricating sheet metal and HVAC ductwork, reading blueprints, operating shop equipment, and performing MIG/TIG welding. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications. Cut, bend, shape, weld, and assemble sheet metal components and HVAC ductwork. Operate shears, press brakes, plasma tables, rollers, and hand/power tools. Perform MIG, TIG, and tack welding on galvanized steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Measure and inspect finished products for accuracy and quality. Maintain a clean and safe work area while following OSHA and PPE requirements. Qualifications Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication, welding, or HVAC duct fabrication. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Strong mechanical aptitude and basic shop math skills. Experience using measuring tools, plasma cutters, welding equipment, and fabrication machinery.
