What You'll Do Build and assemble composite parts with a focus on precision and attention to detail (sometimes in tight spaces) Keep your workspace clean and organized, following 6S guidelines Maintain fast, efficient work while upholding quality standards Follow safety rules, wear PPE, complete paperwork, and collaborate with your team Who We're Looking For 6+ months of manufacturing or similar hands-on experience High school diploma or GED Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working with your hands, on your feet, and in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills for instructions and documentation

Schedule Day Shift:

Mon-Thu, 5:00am-3:30pm (OT may be required Fridays)

Evening Shift:
