This role involves fitting and joining, fabricating, and repairing metal and other weldable material by applying appropriate welding techniques (MIG or TIG) in accordance with product specifications and industry best practices. Filtrine is a multidisciplinary shop, including sheet metal, welding, finishing, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration.

Qualifications:

Ability to read and understand blueprints and cut sheets Experience using sheet metal cutting, bending, and welding techniques Ability to work independently, but in a team atmosphere Filtrine is a family-owned company that focuses on career development and providing a work-life balance. Utilize hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal components. Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding. Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet standards. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
