Pay & Perks $25-$35/hour (based on experience & certifications) $130/day per diem when traveling Relocation bonus available Northeast travel required Weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company participation Paid holidays and vacation What You'll Do Independently connect, rig, bolt-up, and lay deck Read and interpret structural steel, precast, and decking drawings Perform limited thickness SMAW welding (carbon steel & stainless) Lead small crews and guide projects through multiple phases of erection Train and mentor team members on proper welding and erection techniques Maintain productivity while upholding strong safety standards What We're Looking For At least 2 years of ironworking experience Proven experience with structural steel and precast erection Certified in SMAW (3G limited thickness) and stainless SMAW (1G) OSHA 10 certification preferred Must have your own ironworker and welding tools Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently If you're a reliable, skilled Ironworker Welder ready for steady work, competitive pay, and long-term growth apply today! #skilltravel
