Job Description

Position Summary Responsible for pre-op and post-op case preparation including case picking for all surgical procedures. Provides equipment, supplies and furniture for cases as needed as part of room preparation. Primary Position Responsibilities Facilitate both urgent and scheduled case preparation Place/remove equipment from surgical rooms Identify critical items to case needs and escalate as appropriate Collaborate with biomedical engineering to facilitate equipment repairs Communication with purchasing, OR Director, and vendors to ensure items received for case Other duties as assigned

• Good communication, interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of surgical equipment and supplies. Demonstrates good problem solving skills.
