We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Welder's Helper to join our team. This position assists welders with daily tasks, helps maintain a safe work environment, and supports fabrication and welding operations.

Responsibilities:

Assist welders with material preparation and setup Grind, clean, and prepare metal surfaces for welding Load, unload, and move materials and equipment Operate hand and power tools safely Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Previous construction, fabrication, or welding shop experience preferred Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions Must be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team If you're dependable, ready to work, and eager to learn, apply today.
