Welder/Fabricator This is a full-time on-site role for an Assembly Worker/Welder at Capital Xtreme Fabrication (CapXFab) located in Reno, NV. The Assembly Worker/Welder will be responsible for performing assembly tasks and welding processes to fabricate metal parts and components. The role involves product assembly, reading and interpreting blueprints, operating welding equipment, ability to meet quality standards, and meeting production targets.

Welder/Fabricator Responsibilities:

Fabricate finished metal products by assigned deadlines Follow blueprints to meet product specifications to avoid errors Calculate materials needed and create cut lists Evaluate weld quality and tolerance to meet specific standards ​

Qualifications:

Perform assembly and welding tasks according to blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Proficiency in MIG welding techniques and equipment operation. Compliance with quality standards and product specifications. Work efficiently to meet production quotas and deadlines while upholding craftsmanship. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a team environment and follow safety protocols. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
