Turquoise Ridge - Dewatering Technician

The successful candidate will perform maintenance on dewatering pipelines and pumps; weld steel pipe and fabricate; operate boom truck, dozer, forklift and dump trucks as needed. Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Dewatering/Utility Supervisor, the Dewatering Technician is responsible for the following: Perform maintenance on dewatering pipelines and pumps; weld steel pipe and fabricate; operate boom truck, dozer, forklift and dump trucks as needed Monitor and maintain the dewatering pumping and discharge facilities which includes, but is not limited to wells, pipelines, flow meters and pressure gauges and responsible for accurate documentation of dewatering data Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Experience operating and trouble-shooting pumps and piping problems preferred Basic Mechanical skills preferred Welding and fabrication skills required Experience operating equipment including the following: boom truck, dozer, forklift, backhoe, overhead crane, fusion welders and trucks required Ability to walk on uneven ground in all weather conditions required Ability to support work group in attainment of safety, environmental, equipment protection and production goals with a proven safety record required Demonstrated ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations required Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, follow instructions, and provide feedback is required Good written and verbal communication skills required What We Can Offer You A comprehensive compensation package including a competitive medical, dental, and vision plan with national provider networks, a 401k retirement plan with employer contribution, paid time off, company-sponsored medical clinics, company match share purchase program, and much more!
