Role:

We're seeking dependable, hands-on workers to join our wooden crate manufacturing team. This is a full-time, permanent role that offers competitive pay, benefits, and steady hours. Each day brings new projects - from standard skids to custom crates - making the work both active and varied. Some projects require working on-site at client locations, so professionalism, punctuality, and representing the company in a positive manner are essential.

What You'll Do:

Assemble wooden crates and skids according to work orders and measurements Safely operate hand and power tools (tape measure, nail gun, saws, drills, etc.) Read and follow specifications to ensure accurate builds Travel to client sites as needed to complete projects Maintain a safe, clean work environment

What We're Looking For:

Experience in construction, carpentry, or woodworking preferred Ability to read a tape measure and follow written instructions Comfortable with hand and power tools Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for long periods Professional, reliable, and safety-conscious Valid driver's license No drug test required for this position

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm Overtime opportunities available
