Job Summary We're looking for a reliable and motivated Production Worker to join our fabrication team. You'll assist in the manufacturing and assembly of light metal and vinyl components. This role is ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities Operate hand and power tools, brakes, routers and roll formers to fabricate light-gauge metal and vinyl products Measure, cut, bend, and assemble materials to specification Perform quality checks to ensure product accuracy and integrity Package and prepare finished products for shipping or delivery Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing, construction, or fabrication environment preferred (but not required — we train!)
