This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Schedule Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime available as needed) Key Responsibilities

• Cut, bend, and fabricate rebar and wire mesh to specified dimensions
• Assemble and tie rebar mats and cages (manual tying and/or tie guns)
• Read and interpret shop drawings and engineering specifications
• Ensure all work meets company and industry quality standards
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and rebar processing equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Qualifications
• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment Preferred Experience
• Manufacturing or construction experience (or similar hands-on work)
• Experience with rebar fabrication or similar trade work
• Ability to read blueprints or shop drawings
• Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure
• Basic math skills (measurements, fractions, etc.) Location Requirement Must be local to or willing to commute to Lockport, NY (no relocation offered) Why Work With Us
