M-Thur:

6:00 am - 4:30 pm //

Fri:

OT 6 am- 12 pm

Consideration Requirements:

Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening 2 years of relevant or transferable experience Proficient in basic math calculations for measuring and cutting materials accurately Experience in metal fabrication, including operating press brake machines, cranes, and other related equipment Knowledge of the machining and fabrication processes to create precise parts Familiarity with metal manufacturing processes Must be able to use Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gages, and Hand/Power tools Basic Microsoft Office experience Must be able to read and understand blueprints and drawings High School Diploma or GED required Prior experience in Manufacturing Light machining and tools skills Must be able to commute to Franklin, OH

THIS IS NOT A WELDING ROLE

Must be able to: Perform mechanical work that typically requires fitting, alignment, light machining, and adjustment of aerospace components to very close tolerances. Stretch, bend, straighten, shape, pound, or press metal to specification using various tools and machines such as hammers, lathes, mills, surface grinders, etc. Perform some troubleshooting and rework of production items. Work from complex and detailed blueprints and/or verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision. Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components based on engineering drawings and specifications. Operate machinery such as press brake machines, cranes, and other equipment to cut, shape, and bend metal Perform machining operations to create precise parts and components Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Rig and move heavy materials using appropriate lifting equipment (use a forklift or overhead cranes) Complete additional duties as assigned Relevant work experience may include: Milling and lathe machining experience Autobody repair and restoration Sheet metal or metal working experience Metal bending or shaping to very tight tolerances Aerospace assembly and metal work experience
