Qualifications MUST be able to read blueprints 5 years minimum experience in structural fitting and/or welding Knowledge of both flux & mig weld processes Must be able to pass a 3G and 5G Plate test Skills Significant hands-on experience working on a production floor Solid necessary math skills, including measuring. Able to read and follow technical drawings and diagrammed instructions I beam test (cope & weld) Forklift experience Cutting torch Able to perform physically demanding work—standing, bending, lifting 25 lbs regularly Positive attitude, reliable, and a team player and self-starter Effective communication skills, written and verbal
