Process Technician Shift Available:

You will be responsible for:
Monitoring and maintaining scientifically developed molding processes Troubleshooting processing issues and identifying true root causes Implementing corrective actions while maintaining process integrity Ensuring production processes are operating within documented standards Developing and maintaining process control limits Partnering with Quality and Production teams to improve process capability and product consistency Identifying opportunities to improve cycle efficiency, reduce scrap, and increase productivity Assisting with mold changes and production changeovers when needed Documenting process improvements and optimization activities Supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the molding department What We're Looking For Successful candidates will possess: Minimum of two years of plastic injection mold processing experience or equivalent internal training Strong understanding of scientific molding principles Experience with decoupled molding techniques Ability to troubleshoot complex processing issues and identify root causes Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Basic SPC and statistical knowledge preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Schedule 2nd
