First Shift (Day) Hours per week: 45 Job Description Anticipated period of employment: 09/14/2026 to 12/31/2026 Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs/75yds. One (1) month of ag construction work or experience with steel framing required. On farms, we erect agricultural buildings for the dairy industry. Our work includes erecting light-gauge steel framing, and structural steel components, along with the installation of wall and roof systems such as metal panels, insulation, trim, doors, and related assemblies. Materials are delivered to the site and unloaded by our crews using telehandlers. When we arrive on site, the concrete foundations and slabs are already poured. We do not perform trenching, concrete placement, plumbing, or electrical work. Our crews use standard construction tools and equipment. Primary equipment includes telehandlers, boom lifts, and scissor lifts. Hand and power tools include drills, impact drivers, circular saws, reciprocating saws, grinders, nail guns, squares, levels, measuring tapes, and basic hand tools such as hammers and wrenches. All work is performed in accordance with project plans, safety requirements, and applicable safety standards. This job order contains job duties outside of the NY definitions of agriculture; therefore workers will be paid overtime at 40 hours in the work week. See
