A&R Iron Works in Trainer, PA is looking for Experienced Welder/Fabricators to join our growing team! A successful Welder Fabricator enjoys working with their hands and has an analytical mind. They can physically meet the demands of the job and have an eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Fabrication of railings, stairs, gates, window guards, etc. (primary materials used but not limited to; mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.) Laying out, cutting, fitting, measuring and welding metals to create the desired shape or object.

Grinding / Polishing

(when required) Installation (when required) Maintain a safe work environment by keeping your work area clean without obstruction and debris ​

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of steel railing fabrication and welding experience, OR 5 years of structural steel fabrication and welding experience Familiarity and experience using drills, and tools used to grind, cut, and polish metal Must be able measure and cut steel with extreme precision Ability to lift 100lbs
