Compensation:

$25+ per hour (based on experience), overtime, annual performance-based raises and bonuses, 401(k), paid time off, and opportunities for advancement. Primary Responsibilities Assist various departments with the production and fabrication of custom signs as needed. Prepare materials for fabrication, painting, assembly, and installation. Assemble and fabricate signs, sign frames, and related components. Assist with sign installations when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform other duties as assigned to support production. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery. Ability to read and interpret shop drawings. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75lbs repeatedly. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Experience with light metal fabrication. Experience applying vinyl graphics. Basic mechanical, electrical, welding, or carpentry experience. Able to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card to operate commercial vehicles. Previous sign industry experience.
