Aerotek is hiring Metal Fabricators with WEEKLY pay! $18-$20/hr+ Depending on Experience | DAY Shift Job Description This is a hands-on position responsible for fabricating and assembling sheet metal components used in HVAC systems. We are willing to train motivated individuals on our equipment and fabrication processes. Responsibilities Fabricate, cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal ductwork and HVAC components. Operate fabrication equipment such as shears, brakes, rollers, and plasma cutting machines. Read and interpret basic shop drawings and production specifications. Measure and inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines. Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the shop. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or mechanical experience preferred but not required. Ability to read a tape measure accurately. Comfortable using hand tools and power tools. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
