Schedule:

Start at 5:00 AM, work 10-hour days, with a 30-minute lunch About the role Picture your morning: you clock in before sunrise, review shop drawings and WPSs for the day's bridge components, then strike your first arc. By mid-morning, you're laying down code-compliant welds on heavy plate assemblies for lift spans and trestles, coordinating with teammates and crane operators to position fixtures safely.
