Entry-Level Steel Erector / Welder Helper 4H Steel Solutions LLC is looking to hire a dependable, motivated person who wants to learn the steel and welding trade. This is an entry-level position and no previous steel or welding experience is required. We are willing to train the right person. This would be a good opportunity for someone looking to get into the trades, learn useful skills, and grow with a small company.

Job duties may include:

Assisting with installation of miscellaneous and structural steel Helping install stairs, handrails, platforms, and other steel components Using basic hand and power tools Assisting with welding and fabrication work Loading, unloading, and organizing tools and materials Maintaining a clean and safe work area Learning basic rigging, measuring, layout, and steel erection practices What we're looking for: Reliable and shows up on time Willing to work and learn Comfortable working outdoors and in construction environments Able to lift and carry materials and tools Able to follow directions and work safely Comfortable working from ladders, lifts, and at heights Valid driver's license and dependable transportation preferred Experience with welding, construction, fabrication, or steel erection is a plus, but not required. We're more interested in finding someone with a good attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn than someone who already knows everything.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday with occasional longer days depending on the job.

Location:

Work is performed at various commercial and industrial job sites.

Pay:
