What We're Looking For:

5-10+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment TIG welding experience preferred Welder certification or applicable work experience Expertise in TIG welding processes In-depth knowledge of ASME standards, welding symbols, and fabrication methods Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills AWS or ASME welding certification highly desirable Experience welding exotic alloys or performing high-precision welds preferred Familiarity with CNC machinery or fabrication equipment preferred Knowledge of quality assurance practices in highly regulated environments preferred Ability to stand, kneel, or bend for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in varying temperatures and confined spaces What You'll Do as a

TIG Welder:

Perform TIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and exotic alloys Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications to ensure precise fabrication Operate and maintain welding equipment while adhering to safety standards Inspect completed welds for quality and compliance with ASME codes, applicable standards, and safety requirements Collaborate with engineers and fabricators to meet project requirements and resolve technical challenges Perform repairs and modifications to existing metal components as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Consistently follow established safety protocols and regulations MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
